• How long do services take? We pride ourselves in working quickly. However, the time a clean takes will depend on the type of services that you request at the time of booking. We can give you a time estimation after you book an appointment.  ​

• What if I don't want any items or a specific area of my property cleaned? If this is the case, please notify us during the time of your booking. It is very important that you give clear and specific details about your desired service.

•  What cleaning products will be used? We only use cleaning products that are EPA approved. If you would like to know the specific product we will use in your home we will be happy to provide this information. If there are any products that you would not like used in you home, we will be happy to use an alternative.

• Do you do laundry? Yes. All bedding is cleaned for Airbnb services for free. The is a fee for cleaning residential homes.

• How do I pay? We accept payment through Zelle, PayPal, cash, credit card, check etc.

• What if I'm dissatisfied with my service? If there is anything we need to fix we will happily take care of it free of charge. We go above and beyond to keep our clients satisfied!
